This training is for all of us! We are extending our invitation to this training beyond Mentors & Pen Pals to also include Board Members and Ambassadors. Set aside others’ needs for yourself during this training. You will learn grounding and guided mindfulness training, tools you can use for yourself and time with your mentee, and show gratitude/reflect on your role as a mentor.  

SPEAKER: Sarah Lewandowski 

Sarah previously worked on YIPA’s Training Committee to review content and establish topics for youth workers like Kids ‘n Kinship staff.  She has worked in the nonprofit sector at Genisys Works.  Currently is the Vice President of Learning and Development at US Bank.
