DESCRIPTION:Ready to Change a Life—Including Your Own? Anyone interested in learning more about our community and school-based youth mentoring program is invited to attend an Information Session. \nTuesday\, May 12\, 12-1pm Virtual on Zoom \nWant to make a difference in the life of a local youth? Our mentors consistently tell us how mentoring isn’t just about offering guidance—it’s about making a real\, lasting difference. Imagine being part of someone’s growth and helping them discover what’s possible. \nWe currently have 42 kids (age 5-16) currently waiting for a mentor. Our largest demand is for male mentors as more than half of our waitlist are boys. Individuals\, couples\, and families can become mentors. \nMentoring is a critical component in young people’s lives\, helping them make the decisions and connections that help them learn and grow. Kids ‘n Kinship mentors consistently provide feedback that\, while they started mentoring in order to change a young person’s life\, it often ends up changing theirs as well. Mentoring isn’t just about offering guidance\, it’s about making a real\, lasting difference. Imagine being a part of someone’s growth and helping them discover what’s possible – just by spending a few hours a month with them.  \nOnce you RSVP\, we’ll send you a Zoom link.
